1. Organizer

The competition is organized by SV Made-to-Measure GmbH.

2. Participation period

The competition is valid for the first 20 bookings of appointments that take place between January 1 and February 28, 2026 .

3. Eligibility

All adults who:

• Book an appointment for a made-to-measure outfit (suit, wedding suit or tuxedo) .
  
• Actually purchase a suit during this appointment.
  
• The date will be in January or February 2026 .

Important:

• Consultation appointments without a purchase are excluded from participation.
  
• Each person can only participate in the competition once .
  

4. Prize

A free made-to-measure outfit (consisting of a suit, shirt & accessories) will be raffled off among all eligible participants.

The prize will be paid out in the form of a refund of the purchase price of the outfit purchased in the competition.

The maximum refund value is €2,000 .

5. Prize determination and notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid bookings after the participation period has ended.

The winner will be notified by email or phone. If no response is received within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited.

6. Payment

The prize will be refunded as a purchase amount already paid. Cash payment, transfer, or exchange of the prize is excluded.

7. Data protection

The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will then be deleted unless there are legal retention obligations.

8. Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
